DRILLING

DRILLINGI think it is important to emphasize , as Mr. Tad alluded to at the end of his last post,  that Core at this point is mostly a production play.  They have a clear plan and path to increasing the mill to 2000tpd, or even more,  and at not that great a cost.  Depending on the grade of material, that would give production anywhere from 70t  to 150t oz au per yr.  And that alone would give a share price in dollars, with the price of gold being a big factor in how many dollars.
It looks to me that the balance sheet needs about $15m to look nicer.  That can come from either completion of the aranged but not completed financing, or from a jump in share price to 60 cents and then the millions that would come in from the warrants.  And if neither, than they can continue to improve efficiencies, and slowly get where they want to go.
Even the worst case of 70t oz per year should give a market cap around $150m, with gold only at $1250, so there is no chance they would lose it all for 10% of the probable market cap.
And this is the worst case: drilling, higher production by getting better grades from Dynasty Goldfields and/or some high grade production out of Zaruma underground, higher gold price, all give a much better senario.
In conclusion, I would say again that the drilling is exciting and could be very dramatic, and doesn't come soon enough for those of us who have been here so many years, but it is far from the only story.
