RE:How has this CEO survivedMurphy sounds a little like the CEO s like former yellow media CEOS ...If this guy thinks Cynch rolling out an automated system for buying ads is the solution he is wrong......Advertising is a negotiated sale.....once we have a recession...and we will he is going to have to have people to talk to media buyers.....We still ask them for submissions and quotes.....one manager recently said to a media buyer after the buyer posted the media buy......we dont have to post media buys anymore....The answer was goodbye....i will take our business to Bell or CBC....where they value customer service.....i predicted this arrogance earlier would hurt
