RE:News Out Formatted Better Long story short the Cahier des Charges Minires sets the framework / guidelines for how they will mine and covers what they can and cannot do.  That includes environment and social impact.  They would not issue it to DNI unless they plan on giving the environmental permit.

Now is a good time to buy before the EP is official.  I assume Austrian will still ask until he sees an actual copy of it.  :)
