Why i reduced by half

Why i reduced by halfA few months back, i started to chop down my position to 50% for a few reasons:

-No revenue.
-Too many strategic changes for my liking
-Nothing from the trip to China
-While assumming that samples where requested and provided, No results nor comments reported back from the samples provided to interested parties.
-To my understanding, the patent is in effect and time's burning. While it may seem insignificant right now, it will be significant in the future.
-To buy it cheaper later on

This talented management/engineering teams are seasoned professionals so they deserve the chance to go at it without being told how to but i am not going for another 2-3 year ride to find out.

One NR i would've liked to have seen is how they have partnered with universities and have taken on new graduates in coop programs. Free help and marketing.

The market needs this technology yesterday, not in 2 years. They should issue very short leashed and termed agreements with some partners to get revenue in.
