RE:RE:Name Me One Company That Does Produce Premium Bud...Hey, maritime :)
On WeedMaps and online Vancouver markets, products are graded as AA to AAAAA strains. AAAAA are relative to premium strains and AA being the lighter weight strains, so to say. The grading scale seems pretty informative and I'd say fairly accurate. I have not yet came across anything to do with how products will be graded other than that. I'd love to see the "Strain Fingerprint" listed on sales items online. "
A Strain Fingerprint shows the average concentrations of twelve of the most relevant cannabinoids and terpenoids found in cannabis strains." As I heard someone mentioning about tier systems... Washington has a tier system they use...
"Like Tier I, many Tier II growers are very rooted in their communities, and rely on the local economy for survival. Tier II growers have the advantage of being able to offer lower prices, due to higher yields and greater efficiency. Tier III farms often offer high volume and low prices. And while many are large, profit-driven corporations, others are family farms who use organic growing methods. Regardless of Tier size, no two farms are exactly the same. We strongly suggest you read up and learn as much as you can about who’s producing and processing your cannabis." maritimedreamer wrote: this is a question that i think many should look into....... PLus we have to understand some companies call their cannabis 'premium' but in the end may still be considered 'mids' at the most...... question is.... how do we rate such cannabis? (FIRE has been trying to help that and them with their little videos)..... but to be fair i have heard other companies do have some quality strains. Now i am no expert but this is just from what i found through subs/forums/product: OGI, Broekn Coast (Aphria), medreleaf (Aurora), THC Biomed (somewhat bias as i am an investor in them)......... but again the question is.... are they premium catergory or below?
