RE:RE:Full technical report now out.

RE:RE:Full technical report now out.Chidliak aside...I don't think there is a single QP in the country that would stamp their name on a PEA recommendation going direct to FS.

Yes, companies can push for that and it does happen, successfully and unsuccessfully.

You may also notice the line about recommending a PEA related to the underground portion to help guide the future studies. They changed the rules NI43-101 quite a few years ago to allow for a company to work on and release a confined FS and at the same work on and release a blue sky PEA. As long as their is a significant different in the scenario, the company can proceed that way.

We could conceivable see multiple PEA's if they are able to bulk sample some of the other pipes while they work on a PFS/FS for the initial pipes.

You also have to remember that reserves that come on the books (probable/possible) can come from either a PFS or FS. FS is more about trying to get the capital and operating costs down to the tee.

I could absolutely see an FS (technical, not economic) completed on the all weather road while a PFS (economic) gets completed on the whole project.

Completion of the Iqaluit Deep water port is a significant milestone and does garner reference in this PEA report.

LONG...PGD
