Non Qualifying Investment - FORK

Non Qualifying Investment - FORK

Hi fellow BLOC holders,

I received a letter from Scotia Itrade informing me that the spinout shares of FORK are NQI for my TFSA account.  After speaking with Everton at irth communications and a rep at itrade I'm left with somewhat spotty and conflicting information.  Has anyone here looked into this issues and if so can you share any insight?
