RE:RE:Don't get too excited

RE:RE:Don't get too excitedOkay then let me address your post as best I can.

Regarding an MOU, would you say that it is considered a legally binding agreement ? I think that you should know that it is not. You have agreed that these deals are "non-exclusive and non-volume commited". You have also stated "As a senior exec with Ontario IN PROCUREMENT, I can speak with certainty, that all vendors qualified with the MOU have attained a significant milestone." and I trust your experience might qualify that statement.

However you are using semantics in your arguement about cultivation vs harvesting. Isn't it pretty obvious that you need to cultivate before you can harvest ? I am well aware of what these two terms mean so I have not mixed anything up.

The math I have presented is not mute, it is a very generous accounting of what could have been if HIP was actually producing cannabis instead of selling more shares.

You have said that "They are indeed cultivating crops...and I'm not sure you have any information, one way or another on what specifically they've actually harvested." Well Oskar I can only go on what the company has reported and they have reported $5 million in stock in their last financials and the fact that the Niagara facility is still "under way" and won't be running until August. How can you state that they are indeed cultivating crops when even the latest PR stunt on Stockhouse has clearly stated they will be starting cultivation in August ? Misguided ? Me ?

If you do your own math using the information supplied by HIP regarding the amount in dollars of product currently stockpiled what amount do you get that they actually have in hand in kilos ? Saying that my calculations are wothless is quite a statement. Would you care to elaborate and take them apart in a more succinct manner ?

I won't comment on whether it is important that you feel that I am "a good guy" I am glad that I come off that way to you. However, this has nothing to do with the matter. I am simply illustrating all of the shortcomings of this company in a clear and truthful manner. Perhaps it is you who is "misguided". Do some research. Don't be fooled by the Wilgar spin.

Oskar wrote:

"I'm actually not so sure that "someone did you wrong" now.  Too much crusade...not enough moving forward as a solid trader would."

Well I tried to resolve my issues with the company including email exchanges with Ruth Chun and Jay Wilgar and they completely side stepped the issue blaming me for their IR mistakes. So yeah,  I am going to continue my "crusade" because it has become one of my only options to hold them accountable. I also have an investigation started with the OSC and plan to further out this company on social media. A personal lawsuit will follow.

So if you are of the mind that receiving false information from an IR department is legit and I should just march on as a "solid trader" I find it very hard to trust in your credentials and more importantly your business ethics.
