Fwiw........A few observations from this morning:
1) Alexandria's substantive announcement that those 2 leading independent proxy advisory firms are putting their powerful influence behind mgmt's resolution is great news for shareholders;
2) EO's pr appears to hinge its tired argument on the opinions of John Kaiser, imo. Notice how EO still hasn't come clean on his now-defunct and highly dilutive financing fiasco.
3) Gold -- was this am's low was a fake out? Let's see where the gold indices close.
4) yesterday's momentum in alxdf and azx may have gotten temporarily side-tracked by EO's missive before the market open, imo. Regardless, very little selling. We're just seeing traders test your resolve in light of any doubt raised by EO.
5) has probe's sp peaked? I'll have some comments in my nightly write-up.
