Cunningham, i'm a bit more optimistic, next quarter add pearson, more rentals, more fee's, higher percentages of projects, all going to lead to even higher earnings, this quarter was really good, i don't know of any other company making this kind of money and trading at a low multiple like us, Toby needs to get some good pr going asap, and this will be $1.25-$1.50 in no time.
