RE:PermitHi Magdonn.  They already have the permit, two of them.  But it's interesting in other ways.

- they're taking their time to assess mining projects.  I think it's frustrating for investors but it's a good idea for Madagascar to get better control of their mining projects. It might indicate why things are slow because they're being more cautious.

- companies that don't have their permit but are requesting it are in for a long wait.  That sucks.  For DNI it's good because it freezes out future competitors.

- The mining specification is not the final step but it's a step towards defining the project and scope properly.  That's what they're concerned about so it's a patience / readiness game.
