That's the problem here my friend. You said it correctly "There's many that sit silent". If we would have raised noise and concerns well in 2016 or 2017 or even in early 2018 then we would have had a better picture today.
How many of us have asked questions to the management on why they are taking us SH for granted and killing our SP value? How come some of the NG companies manage to pay a small dividend or at least make some money and BXE has to use the LOC to even manage their day to day business?
They took the debt for business then why business itself is not capable of paying off that debt? If you have to pay the debt by diluting the SH then what's the use of paying Million of dollars in pay to this management. Even a school kid can approve a transaction of diluting the SH, converting the debt to Common Stock and pay off the debt.
