Here a simple explanations 1.6b market cap..The share of TM given the 30% ownerships is 1.30billion cash. This is around 85% cash on hand..

Chances is a strategic move by the government to buyKML ..KML still the contractor government taking all the risk ..KML would end up buying it again later..watch and learn ..this is a political strategic move just to get the project going..
