RE:7 for 1 WTFShare consolidations have to be approved by the shareholders at an AGM or special meeting right. I have been looking at the last 2 information circulars 2017 and 2016 and don't see any mention of a consolidation. I figure this 7 for 1 consolidation PROPOSAL the board has approved will have to be voted on by the shareholders at the AGM in September.
