Tesla/Panasonic Cobalt Usage

Tesla/Panasonic Cobalt UsageSee https://www.reuters.com/article/us-panasonic-batteries/panasonic-plans-to-halve-cobalt-content-of-car-batteries-in-two-three-years-idUSKBN1K21CK

While Tesla is saying 0% cobalt, its battery supplier is saying reduction from 10% to 5% in next 2-3 years.  Also, Tesla working to have car production in China to sell there.  It is likely that a Chinese company will provide the batteries, and if so, I doubt they will be Cobalt free with China having a near monopoly of Cobalt.
