RE:This could be a takeover news They did recently revoke the shareholder rights plan.  Also, for a long term investor, this company is horribly undervalued.

On the other hand, a takeover announcement doesn't explain yesterday's price action (leaked news of a takeover ought to have sent AGT up, not down)
