So what now?
im a newbie and this was one of my first buys (I’ve done much better elsewhere).
im using this as a learning opp. and really don’t know what all this means. 
Does mngmt change?
Does ticker change?
is this a good or bad change?

There obviously was lots of insider knowledge. I’m wondering if this was management selling shares or just rumblings in the industry.
