It's now been 2 years since he proudly talked up the previous rollback.  he had great confidence in the ability of some promoter to take the share price above 12 cents.

Still you never know where they will be going with their company since you can dilute as long as you want. (as long as you have buyers)
But remember that Scholz also lost a decent amouth of money here so it's not only the investors.
