RE:10.2% voted against Omnibus Incentive Plan. With a 10% vote against, cancelling the share split would make no sense. Now if the vote was a 50/50 I could see that. You can correct me if I am wrong, but at this point I thought the majority of shareholders in these companies were the little guys like us. Also the big institutions are not pouring as much money in. This was a comment Bruce made a while back, if I am wrong you can correct me on that as well. If this does get squashed by a low percentage of NAY votes in my mind the company would be going against what the majority of what shareholders want, not a good idea. I am not giving advice or giving direction on what to do as far as investing. I`m looking outside the box and thinking logically, there are always a few morons that vote against something that makes sense and is a good idea just to because they always vote the opposite. GLTA

Curious if they were institutional investors. Note the following in yesterday's NR:
In accordance with the Share Split Resolution, the Board may, in its sole discretion, (i) implement the stock split within the range stated above [between two-for one and three-for-one] or (ii) decide not to proceed with the stock split without further approval or notice to the shareholders.
I'm betting on (ii) because of the impact of (i) on institutional investor interest in WEED.
