They are running out of money. Spending more than DDB is bringing in. Blockchain has bottomed with no clear evidence it will rebound and investors have left this space for better quality companies. Summer time not much is happening also.

Your seeing a good entry point right now if you think management will deliver with new contracts. Two million on the offer that speaks positive for support at this price. If not they will need to do another equity raise probably around these levels which the market is has priced in or they burn through last of there cash and get halted and fold.
