What is this "buy back programme of Glencore" of which you speak?

I know of no such thing for Katanga Mining Limited.

Yes, Glencore initiated a $1 Billion buyback of its shares after that company came under US subpoena, but that has absolutly no bearing on KAT:T whatsoever.
