RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Post transaction valuationlol divot.... and please tell us why you would see this trading around $0.12 post consolidation and post deal? That's less than a penny pre-consolidation. The deal will close at $0.50 and then drop all the way down to $0.12? You must be sampling some of the companies products my friend. There will be about 4M shares free to trade post deal... no way those 4M shares will drive the price down to $0.12. Regardless of how bad the deal is for existing shareholders the valuation post deal has to be in line with potential MJ plays, and a valuation of $3.5M (at a share price of $0.12) will not happen.
