little disappointedValuation is not the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow but must have been enough to get mgmt to say yes. I am guessing results haven't excited market as much as mgmt was hoping and this is a solid offer from a big player. So they take their chips and go find another patch of land to drill full of holes and do it again.
