It basically makes our shares worth less than a penny pre split. Should be criminal but it isn’t and never will be. Penny stock hucksters are penny stock hucksters for one reason only. Self enrichment for themselves and their families and friends. This is the worst deal I have ever seen. All it is is a business plan. That’s it! How many family and friends are involved with the NEW company they are buying?
