Dangerous Volitilty...Why?

Dangerous Volitilty...Why?I mean watching this trade after an IR Contract News, runs up 400% and crashes back virtually unchanged on enormous volume. 

How can anyone explain this without longs wondering what they don't know behind the scenes.
