RE:RE:RE:Hodson/ModestoWe both agree that the IR department and company messaging is too conservative and that has held back the price of this stock. Likely part of the reason that Stock Price to EPS multiple has historically been very low.

I must admit that I was hoping to sell 1000 shares at $ 55 or more to help with some home renovations this summer and in hindsight wish that I had when it was above $ 50 Cnd. Too greedy !!
I will now add more shares instead  using borrowed money. I think it will get back  to above $ 50 within the next 12 months despite a very conservative IR department. I'm glad that interest rates are low and to add at this price seems like a no brainer.
