Hi Sens1660, yesterday's announcement referenced the target having US$3.2 million in revenues in 2017 and US$1.563 milion for the first six months of 2018. The 1.3 million you a referencing may be the US$1.36 cash on closing that was included in the press release.

Nova Leap closed acquisitions last September, October, February, April, and June and has made two definitive agreement announcements in August. So three closed in 2018 with two more announced, but yet to close.
