RE:RE:RE:What is working at CGC like?Hey greenpasture1, this will blow your mind. My wife works in the medical field. Its gotten so bad, that not only do some of these people not show up to work they dont even phone in to say they wont be coming in. I worked in heavy industry for over 20 years; I dont know one tradesman thats unemployed. Some of the trades are begging for apprentices but no one wants to get their hands dirty.

Complain, complain, complain. Manywant to start at the top and not work their way up and prove themself. When I was doing some hiring and had the option of taking on a new employee that was fresh out of university with a "degree" and someone with 2-4 years experience at a job where they went to work on time, knew how to get along with other employees and worked there way up at a fast food place or whatever, I would hire them over that kid that thought they knew it all , had an attitude, and had that "degree".

( don't get me wrong, I have a degree and think that is also great)
