RE:RE:RE:Are we going to Nevada soon?

RE:RE:RE:Are we going to Nevada soon? Really hard to say TheDirtyNorth; ultimately, as a shareholder I hope they get both done in short order. My hope/wishful thinking is that Diageo will make an entrance into the Canadian scene sooner rather than later adding another catalyst to the sector. Combined with the recent further investment of Constellations I am hoping Tinley gets some attention as a beverage play with a desired product ready to enter the space. Furthermore, if Tinley can get the permanent bottle depot functional in the next two months I really do not see raising capital to be a big issue., as we both know they will need something to enter Nevada. A lot of what if's though and segments that need to come together, and at any rate it is up to Jeff to start producing some news releases, and yes some numbers would great to see to provide a bit of clarity.

TheDirtyNorth wrote: The only question for me is funding.  The one piece of information from this upcoming set of numbers that I'm interested in is cash burn rate and in connection with that, how much is left in the war chest.  I'm also extremely interested in seeing what the costs of the permanent facility have been to this point.

I don't think Jeff could have foreseen the drop in the SP and with that, any plans that were dependent on the execution of the warrants (at 1.30 I think....can't remember off hand but easy enough to look up) would be on hold.  That money had to be at least partially ear marked for expansion and it just can't be counted on right now.

So I'm a bit torn here.  On one hand we've seen how little money has been put towards the one "similar" JV as to what can be expected here (WMD & Vida) and I have some hope that a similar, modest investment could be all that's necessary to get the ball rolling in Canada, NV, etc.

But I have concerns that expansion will cost significantly more than that, and thus, we just don't have enough money to do both NV and Canada with the warrants this far out of the money.

Yeah, my concern is that we may have to choose one or the other for the time being.  Without knowing a projection on the build out costs in either jurisdiction, it's tough to know if I'm worried over nothing here.
