Where do you see/get 47 Acres from? 

08/20 NR states 75 acres of land/development in Vulcan, Alberta.

Today's NR states 20 acres in Saskatchewan. 

That's a total of 95 acres.

Also, from the NR:

"The planned development is comprised of 19 lots, serviced by private utilities for the exclusive designation of cannabis cultivation. The company will erect one 58,000 sq/ft +- building per lot"

That's 19 lots * 58,000 sqft for a total of 1.1 million SQFT and that's just for the Alberta operations.
