Has anyone had a sales glitch on Friday Aug 31 around 3:15

Has anyone had a sales glitch on Friday Aug 31 around 3:15 Has anyone had a sales glitch on Friday Aug 31 around 3:15 PM on COP.RT?

My brokers software told me I had a very large sale filled at 2.5 cents for the rights. This morning when I tried to use the "proceeds" of that sale (after 2 days for settlement) to buy something else the order was rejected for lack of funds. When I called the broker to find out what was going on, I was told that there was no sale on Friday. I sent them a screen capture of the order shown as filed.

I had another large amount of the COP.RT at another broker which I also had on sale which happened at about the same time. This one stuck and I have the cash proceeds from that sale. I also checked the time of sale records for Friday and there was a large flurry of trades at that sale time when I was told my sales took place. Can a broker "undo" a sale once it happens?
Who does one complain to about such a matter at the TSX or the authorities?
