RE:Shares outstanding johnny54 wrote: Can one of the bold psychics who predicts this to be a five to $10 stock please explain how every comparable mining stock which is pulled on the overview on TD doesn’t even have a fifth of the amount of shares? I’ve asked this question three times I understand people like to pump or talk trash to make their couples and swings but please tell me on the long term with that many shares how this company can become $10 when those comparable stocks range from 5 to 9 dollars but have under 100 million shares please someone enlighten me?
I mean it’s not like I’m a tire kicker fishing around For answers either I do own 300,000 shares and I am long on the stock because I have no choice to be..
Katange is a BIG operation. That is why the number of shares still allows a $10 SP. And the computation is relatively simple
They are planning to produce 300ktpa Copper (Cu) and 40ktpa Cobalt(Co).
The prices for these (from their last report) are about 6k$/t and 70k$/t respectively.
The production costs are not 100% from the report but should be around 3k$ and 10k$ respectively.
With these numbers you can compute what the profit is in a year. Take 75% of that as 25% is owned by Gecamines of the DRC. Then there is some interest and downpaiments to be made (actually quite a bit).
But with the above numbers and then taking a PE ratio of 12 you easily end up with a $10 SP.
Would love to have your 300000 shares! You are going to be a 3xmillionaire!
