Capitulation Finally?

I don't think that selling today is related to the news that DRC government wants to stick with new mining code, which should have been fully priced in.

The selling has been continuing for a while, selling bring more selling until capitulation. Could today be the capitulation day? We will know in the future (haha).

We have many shareholders holding 200-400K shares bought at much higher price. Some of them could not bear the heat anymore and sold.

The Q3 report is only two months away while the production report should be out by the end of next month. 2019 is less than 4 months' away. Again, KAT is 2019 story!

I have been a buyer at this bottom range and am having bid at 0.66 currently,
