I have only been in the stock market for 4 years, so I still have so much to learn. But to date, I can say that Ian Ball is the best leader I have seen. At university, we should have had case study's on CEO's like him. He literally buys shares every week or so with his after tax paycheck. He certainly knows how to align his interests with his shareholders. Plus, he doesn't believe in costly dilution & that totally make sense to me. If ever you read this forum Ian, keep up the good work. I always feel like my money is safe with you.
