At least I addressed the matter where the best you can do is criticize someone for taking the initiative. As for reporting that kind of behavior, you'll find that SH is swamped with complaints and doesn't have the time to get to all of them. It's up to the individual board members to police themselves. Don't want to make a big deal about it but sometimes a simple reminder is needed that certain language is not appropriate in public.
