RE:RE:RE:Games already?

RE:RE:RE:Games already? If the financing was  $15m, only about 2,000,000 shares would be issued. For $100m  around 15 million shares for a dilution factor of 35% or so. I 'm no expert  in this area but I would think that the $100m is the most likely to satisfy the US brokers and capture their interest.
Even at the $100m amount the resulting sharecount would only be 60m which is not too bad for a junior biotec with a substantially increased cash position and the promotion it would bring to US clients.
Also we will probably need extra cash as we continue on our journey. The basket trial is estimated at $4.2 million so the extra cash should help with this and other expenses.
I know Fred is trying to get the most out of any US venture but I sure hope the benefits of US exposure is fully evaluated prior to the release of the OC results by Merck on the assumption that the positive trend will continue.
