RE:RE:insider buyingAlpha, perhaps the 30 day insider buying will not be applicable in IMV case with regards to the preliminary results from the Merck trial on OC.
When I was speaking with Pierre six or eight weeks ago,asking about the release  he, as I recall, stated that Merck controlled any releases re the study and they had no imput in such a decision.If this is the situation and insiders are not privy to these details then perhaps they would not be in violation af any rules since they would not have prior knowledge of the timing.
