Please HELP shed some light for me

Please HELP shed some light for me I have been waiting patiently for Roger to say something either about the COEX spinout or even to comment on how many more shares that U fund has to unload of UEX before their rebalancing is complete. Yet here I wait almost the end of September now and he says nothing about either. So can one of you kind ladies and or gentlemen please shed some light on this for me. Personally I think he doesn't want to commit to anything till the rebalancing by the fund is complete. But in the meantime we may see a dime on the stock. Anybody else of that persuasion. If that is not the case then what is the reason for the complete stock meltdown. THX
