Hi jcw 604.
I agree with you, I just am not sure what is normal in the mining sector for this kind of thing, and what they can or cant say legally.
My guess is that anyone with even the slightest insider knowledge of what is going on in the mine "anyone working there, their friends and associates, will know what's going on, and be able able to act accordingly, where as the rest of us just sit watching the price going down and not knowing why. Does anyone know about the legalities of what I have written and if there there are safe guards to stop this happening ?
