After a month long PP they finished with $1.1 million of the $10 million they were seeking. A mining company also in the deal room had no problem successfully closing their $4.6 million PP. I'd hate to think that funding mining is more important than finding a cure for cancer.
A breakdown of the $1.1 million collected shows $317,000 was provided by insiders with the remaining $783,000 coming from unknown sources. If we conclude that the majority of the money from the unknown sources was from wealthy " loyal shareholders " that had participated in past PPs then it further raises cause for concern.
So where is the outside interest that will be needed to fund the phase 2 trial? Maybe you should ask the people in charge of your money. That is after you folks have finished with your overbearing fluff opinions of the American political scene.
