Everything you have said is true. I would also like to put it out there that the land value has doubled or more since LNG FID because there will be a race for the big gas companies to sucure as much gas rich land and small caps like chinook as they can. There might even be a bit of a war within 2 years. The lines are big and they need to be filled. The labor costs will be way more now as well. It takes a bit for the big guys to do their math and find us but they are coming. Let’s face it this stock is undervalued and that’s why I’m here. I honestly think CDPQ from Quebec is going to finance storm more cash and this will get taken in the meantime,but for a great price. Let’s see
