Katanga Mining WOL:  198% IRR, $17.6 billions NPV and C1 cash cost: -$2170 per ton of copper (or negative $0.99 per pound).  The numbers match my estimates very well.  Katanga Mining is one of the lowest cost mines if not the lowest one.
