These "cobalt" stocks are thematic and trade as a group. As I mentioned previously the sentiment is god-awful at the moment (for whatever reason, fundamentals are still fine). The Goldman report also reiterated a huge deficit in 3-4 years. Katanga is lumped in with the cobalt juniors and if you look at the charts they are moving in tandem. Until the company produces a free cash flow I expect this to remain the case.
