My Experience is that Mr. Kreppner oversaw the collapse of Concordia International where he and his management brought up the stock to over $110.00/share with acquisitions that not only weren’t accretive to Concordia, but the company could not finance them. Hence the stock crashed to 45 cent level when the shorts were done with it.
Emblem......If you are going to provide news releases about the incredible talents of Mr. Kreppner, your investors and the regulators demand that you also provide the disastrous record at Concordia international that he oversaw in various positions. It is not only the right thing to do but I believe you have a legal obligation to do so.
