I would think anything regarding the Chinese hardwood plywood issue has been fully baked in for months; new NAFTA deal didn't render any bad outcomes for Hardwoods (.. I believe; correct me if I'm wrong).

Strong balance sheet; management outlook for Q3/Q4 2018 is positive (if modest), recent dividend increases.

And yet this keeps falling.

What am I missing?
