RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Patience I never use to make as many trades as I do currently.  This sector has forced me to be more active due to the volatility.  Sometimes I felt like a day trader especially on the big names.  I am glad to go back to holding long on names like ISH.
 
The last 3 months in this sector has certainly decreased my tolerance/patience threshold.
