Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

I call bull chit... thier “professional” “experienced” growers screwed up. 1 or 2 or 3 weeks past due means higher CBD perfect for clinical drug trials. State of the art greenhouses have separate grow rooms...like VFF’s 17 rooms in 1.1 million sqft....what makes this even more senseless is there is a shortage and they paid someone to cut them down to throw them away. Garbage bin diving anyone?

Agreed, its also possible they overgrew their license quotas by a large % and risked large fines. Im sure many LPs are overgrowing but you can only go over by so much before you get caught.
