RE:RE:RE:RE:SPoT Coffee Announces Issuance of Shares for ServicesI definitely interpret the payment in shares as either;

1) An insider dealer 

or

2) Lack of funds to pay for a service absolutely required and it's about to be withheld/cut off. In other words, they can't remain a credible public entity without a website/email/social media and were forced to pay.

Either way, not great. I don't know what the employee roster looks like, but it sounds like they should reorganize thmeselves before they become a footnote in history.
