Mexico Might Be NextHas anyone been following this story.

The new President will take power on December 1...  He is planning to take a dermatic shift in it's drug policies...

Their incoming ministers have been meeting with the Ottowa and amongst other items they have been discussing canada's legalization process...

Their forgien minister mentioned that full legalization is a great short term solution to their drug problem...

Mexico has a population 4 times that of canada...

And he just signed a JV with LLACA Grupo Empresarial... Things may get interesting next year.
