RE:CET & the Canadian Oil Industry

It has little to do with the Alberta or federal governments. WCS is $14 today because of bottlenecks to shipment. Neither the previous Conservative governments or the current ones seem to be able to get pipes built. They can't do that because we have a me-me federation where the port provinces are not willing to take the risk while Alberta gets the benifits.
